Each Herbal Product is custom made to order. Please allow between 3 to 5 days for processing. 

All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (2-5 Days). 

International orders are shipped First Class International Mail (1-3+ Weeks).

Due to the nature of our herbal products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations or refunds. You can however, contact us if you have any issues with your order. 

Once your order is processed & shipped, it is out of our control and is in the hands of the carrier chosen. If you have any questions about your packages location after it has been shipped you may contact the carrier.
